This one sold for over 1m. I walk past the building some days, and from the zillow pictures you can see it looks pretty bad inside and out. Glad to see it sell instead of remain vacant. The buyer already filed permits for construction fences, so I'm guessing it will end up coming down. I guess I'm okay with that since it doesn't look like any details were salvaged on the inside by the previous renovator, and there isn't much worth saving on the outside.
Hopefully the replacement doesn't end up looking ugly.
